Four things decide the structure more than filing price: where you live and manage the company, where your customers are, whether you will raise venture capital, and your banking and payment eligibility. Investors expect a Delaware C corporation; a UK resident usually belongs in a UK Ltd; a non-resident chasing US Stripe usually lands on a US LLC.
